McKnight’s Senior Living Highlights the Expansion of Successful Seniorlink/CICOA Pilot

In an article published Jan. 28, McKnight’s Senior Living calls attention to the expansion of a successful pilot program by Seniorlink and CICOA Aging & In-Home Solutions. CICOA plans to use Vela to facilitate communication for all of its caregivers and care managers across 600 families in Indiana, up from 52 when the pilot was first launched in July.   According to McKnight’s, “The program helps improve access to families and gain better insights into their care settings and transitions; reduce administrative burden; and allow care managers to more easily provide support in completing regulatory requirements while easing coordination of care services.”
