Seniorlink at 2018 NPA Annual Conference

Seniorlink’s Jennifer Trowbridge, State Director of Indiana, will be joining the panel, “Lessons Learned on Activating Family Caregivers in PACE” at the 2018 National Pace Association Annual Conference

Trowbridge will share the stage with panelists Susan Waschevski of PACE – Franciscan Senior Health and Wellness and Joan Kwiatkowski of CareLink and PACE of Rhode Island. The panel will explore the value of family caregivers and the impact they can make in providing cost effective care for elders in PACE programs.
