Katie Tardiff, Seniorlink VP of Clinical Services, featured on ‘Working Daughter Podcast’

Katie Tardiff, Vice President of Clinical Services at Seniorlink, was a featured guest on Working Daughter’s Podcast this week. The episode, Caring Through Coronavirus with Katie Tardiff, explores how family caregivers can adapt to lessen the spread of the coronavirus.

“Many caregivers have lost resources that provide them with respite,” she says in the episode. “Caregivers and their loved ones are no longer allowing outside help into their homes.”

Tardiff, in the half-hour episode hosted by author and caregiver advocate Liz O’Donnell, explains that there’s a lot more pressure on the caregiver to provide care around the clock, 7-days a week now while juggling parenting and work responsibilities.

“Caregivers need to identify ways to take care of themselves during this time,” Tardiff says, offering tips on how.

The full episode is available now to stream on Working Daughter’s website.
