Inside Indiana Business Spotlights Seniorlink’s Role in Multi-State Caregiver Collaborative
On Feb. 23, Inside Indiana Business reported on Indiana’s participation in a multi-state collaboration to improve supports for family caregivers, led by the Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS).
The news outlet highlighted the that role of Caregiver Homes of Indiana, which along with the Indiana Department of Health and AARP will form the coalition taking part in this collaboration.
“CHCS says representatives from the Division of Aging will work with the Indiana Department of Health, Caregiver Homes from Seniorlink, and AARP to form a coalition, which will partner with teams from seven other states, including Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, Tennessee, Texas and Washington,” Inside Indiana Business reports. “CHCS says the teams will have peer-to-peer learning opportunities and technical help to find ways to increase caregivers’ capacity to care for family members over the next two years.”
